ABOUT CHAZ

Chaz Wolfson is a personal trainer and nutrition coach (nutritionist) in the Tampa / St. Petersburg, FL area who helps people create a healthy lifestyle so they don’t feel like working out is a chore. And is a fan of Star Wars, stand-up comedy and inline speed skating.

Chaz struggled with stubborn body fat and body insecurities for years. Although he would workout he never really saw progress. And he would try to eat healthily but always got pulled back to emotional eating habits.

Until finally he discovered some breakthroughs of his own. He found certain strength training principles that helped him build lean muscle. He also implemented nutrition changes that helped him eat better so he could finally stay in shape year-round.

He specializes in strength training to build muscle.

And he figured out how to play video games without turning into a couch potato!
