Hi, I’m Chaz! I help motivated men and women build muscle, lose fat and radically transform their bodies through bodyweight training at home.

My mission in life is to embolden people to seize the reins on their life, control their future and forge themselves into who they want to be.

I’m certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) as well as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) through NASM and have been weight training for over 10 years. Since the beginning of this year I’ve managed to get in the best shape of my life, put on the most muscle and feel the strongest I ever have from bodyweight workouts.

I’ve been off and on with the fitness game since high school. Mostly it would be a time of strict diet and working out twice a day everyday, but eventually I’d fall into the same patterns and lose interest.
